Welcome to the start of something wonderful – massaging your baby. Regular massage of your baby regularly has many physical and emotional benefits. From improving their sleep to reducing the effects of colic and reflux. It can also provide you the opportunity to bond more deeply and research has shown it can help reduce stress for both of you.
My aim is to share with you through short videos and supporting information how to get started and what to do. Being online makes learning more accessible and you can choose to interact with me via social media or email – I’m always available to answer your questions and discuss any concerns you may have. And of course look forward to hearing your stories and seeing photos as you embark on this journey.

To give and receive touch is key to health and wellbeing. Massaging your baby from birth helps you learn more about them and their body, and they learn to enjoy a loving nurturing touch.
